Ordered this product for my husband who was off with the military to give him something to listen to. He ended up throwing it away. It worked intermittenly and was nice appearance, but was poor quality.

I got it for Christmas one year.
It plays my music, it comes with new music.
It does come with a AC wall charger included in the tin so I can recharge it. I don't know what those other people are talking about.
This device will suit me fine for some time to come!

Are these other reviews legitimate? I am not sure. I bought this for the voice recorder capability. The design and presentation of this is sleek. However the tin does not include a wall charging usb/ac adapter. The package manual says you need to register the product to receive the adapter in the mail. When I went to zvueproducts.com/register the website indicates that zvue is no longer is registering products. I believe you can charge this thing through the usb port and rechargeable is more ideal for me because I am tired of buying triple a batteries. My tin package did contain a white silicone case, earbuds, and usb cord.

The price I paid for this and the features it came with made this a very smart purchase for me. It was a gift for my sister for Valentine's day and she loves it! I would recommend this product to anyone.

This is my second ZVUE player that I have purchased and I am very pleased with this comany's products. I already own the Journey Revelations 1gb player, and was so impressed with it, when I saw the price this one was going for now, I had to get it. The design of this is excellent, easy navigation though the menus, and pre-loaded with 15 songs (can hold around 250 total). The design is unique, and overall the size and build is pretty sturdy. The feature that I like the most is the built in speaker that allows me to set this down and let it play at my desk in my office where I can not wear headphones. The volume does get loud enough for reasonable listening in a quiet office. Great introductory mp3 player for the novice, or primary for even the expert mp3 user. It is too bad that it appears this company is going out of business. They are not accepting product registrations anymore. A great line of products that I hope you will enjoy also.
