You can read my original comments below. I admit, I could not have been more wrong. This flag began to come undone along a center seam within 2 weeks. Within a month, the colors were well faded despite being flown in Michigan during a cloudy winter. By 3 months, I had removed the flag because of how poor it looked. I though the extra $$$ spent on a stitched, cotton flag would be worth it, but in reality, a cheap nylon flag is much better. Those last me about 6-8 months and cost half as much. It sure looks like a great flag when you open the package, but it won't last!
Original comments: This is a very high quality flag with stitched strips and stars. It has bright, accurate colors and looks very nice flying on my porch. It appears as though it will last a long time, even in rough winter conditions.

My flag just came in the mail today and I was pretty excited to open it up. All in all I'm fairly happy with the look of the flag. The antiquing of color that shows up in the picture is accurate to the look of the actual flag. My biggest complaint is that the fabric is fairly see through which I did not expect (nor do I like). If you are looking for a heavy solid cotton fabric, this may not be the flag for you. Regardless, I'm still fairly certain that the fabric quality will still stand up to the Midwestern winds. It's the dead of winter so I can't fly it just yet, but I'm excited for spring to come. I can't wait to fly the Stars And Stripes with pride and enjoy this flag.

I have to disagree to previous review. I purchased this flag over a year ago, it's colors are still as vibrant as the day I received it. Very well made with nice stitching of stars and stripes.I love the size and the fact it is cotton. I hang one proudly at my front door and one off the back deck. It is well worth the extra cost over a cheap nylon flag!
