 Anti-Wrap Flag Pole Jun 04, 2010
This is my second one of these. The first one lasted for about 10 years. They are very sturdy! They stand up to even the hardiest wind!

 Missing a piece out of the box May 02, 2010
The pole itself is fine. Nice wood, decent finish - but it was missing the piece that keeps the flag from twisting in the wind, which was the major reason I bought this in the first place. I was able to make it work with my own rope and rigging it a bit - but was not all that happy with having to do all that with a brand new product.
Guess you get what you pay for.

We used this flag pole often. It has been through rain & wind. When I went to bring in the flag pole after some heavy winds, I found that the flag pole is bent (bottom part that goes into the flag pole holder). It hasn't snapped in half which is good, but it's not as sturdy as what I expected it to be.

At first I was a little concerned how Amazon was going to ship this item, wondering if it was not going to come in a 6 foot box. To my surprise the flagpole arrived in perfect condition wrapped with plastic in a long perforated envelope. It is made of good quality solid light colored wood and has a clip to hold your flag on the anti wrap tube. Honestly no flag pole can be 100% anti-wrap free but most of the time my flag does correct itself if it gets wounded around the pole.
It states it is only for 44x28 flags but I use with Toland, Hummingbirds with Pink Standard Flag, 28" x 40", #107158 and it looks and works fine.

Flag poles are of good quality. They were mailed to me very quickly and in excellent condition.
