Thank you for my musical doorbell. Been looking for one for such a long time. For the buy it's not bad but I must say I was stupid for not purchasing there model that you can install you own music threw an Ipod. Oh well maybe my next house. lols. Thanks again.

Over all, the product is fine. Easy to install, very user friendly, well designed(the instruction booklet can be stored in the unit) and lots of songs, tunes and sounds to choose from. However, I had to return it because it was not loud enough for my 2-story 2500 sqft home and my mother who is hard of hearing. The unit is designed to handle 2 extra speakers, but I did not want to run wires along the ceiling. I did have an issue with the shipping, but Smarthome bent over backwards to help me.

Although the doorbell has a hundred tunes built in, programming your own tunes is easy and a lot of fun. You can even have two-part harmony! And the doorbell has a volume control.

Musical delight... Jun 30, 2009
It was really easy to set up and once you figure out how to get the timing correct, it's really easy to create your own doorbell. My baby loves the animal noises and I have so much fun with it. We've had it for about a month now and I still make people ring the door more than once. Some reviewers said that if it's turned up full blast they hear a buzz, but that's not the case with our bell. The sound is awesome. I think for the money...it's worth it. So fun.
