I was only 5 years old when Bill Clinton took office in 1992, but I've loved him ever since. This shirt was made for me. Unfortunately I could only give it 4 stars because the material is really horrible. Probably not going to wash it a lot because I fear it will come apart. Really thin, poor quality. BUT for around $20 I get a kick out of it. I'm 5'4 130 and I got a size large. I bet a medium would have fit me, but I didn't want it to be real tight. The length of the shirt is longer then you'd think from the picture.
