Looks good, proved durable May 08, 2010
By Jonathan Mettin When you take this flag out of the box, you will immediately notice that it just looks good - the colors are crisp, the fabric thick, the stitching clean. I hung it outside, where it has since endured 14 days' worth of heavy winds (30+ mph) in a two-month span and shows no signs of wear or fraying.
I am very pleased with this flag's quality, especially considering it's a relatively non-standard size and selling at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Valley Forge Flags are the Best May 19, 2011
By Skip My dad goes through US Flags like they're going out of style. In fact, he averages 12 every year. Why? Because he never buys Valley Forge. So, I bought him the Valley Forge nylon flag and a Valley Forge Koralex II polyester flag for his 16' or 20' flagpole (I don't remember which) last November.
This is May and he still hasn't needed to replace the nylon one. Granted, he takes it down before severe storms, but otherwise it is always flying - day, night, rain, snow, doesn't matter.
He loves his Valley Forge flags and from my experience with them in the past I knew he would. It's an investment today, but these colors don't run, and I have yet to see one become completely destroyed in reasonably decent weather. Buy a cheaper flag and the white may turn pink. Buy a cheaper flag and a consistent breeze may cause it to tear at the stitching within weeks. Buy a Valley Forge flag and it's money well spent that demonstrates the quality and pride of a true red-blooded American.
UPDATE (November 12, 2011): It's been just about a year since my dad started flying these flags and I asked my mom if he needed new ones. "Nope," was the immediate reply I received. So, I asked, "the two we got him last year are still in good shape?" The answer, "Yep. He's still flying the first one he put up (the nylon one) and it hasn't torn, faded or anything." Mind you, he takes it down for really severe weather, such as tropical storms and Nor'easters, but otherwise the flag flies all year. I think he's been officially converted to a Valley Forge customer for life.

Very well made and great price. I appreciate that I can still find an American made flag for my front porch. This flag is exactly as described and I expect will hold up very well for many years to come. Thanks for an awesome flag.
USA flag (Perma Nyl) Sep 11, 2011
By W. Butler This flag is garbage. I purchased one in late April 2011 it has been flying 24/7 for 120 days and it is shredded and faded. All other flags that I have had on this flag pole for the past several years have all lasted a year or more.
