This product looks great, great if you don't intend using it on a construction site, the 'Stars & Stripes' are like a 'stretch wrap' cover over a regular hard hat, once it starts to rip or tear at the ends, that's it - GAME OVER - No more nice Stars and Stripes, just a regular old $8 white hard hat.

I did not buy this hard hat to work construction or cut down trees or any other hat damaging activity. I bought it to vote in or to go to tea party rallies or any other patriotic event. It is a very nice hard hat, the colors are
extremely vivid and to say the least, Patriotic. Don't even think about buying it to work construction in. I love mine and everyone asks where I got it.

This hard hat looks great, but I agree with the other review. If you ding it just a few times the wrap will come right off. I bought mine for cutting down trees, all it took was a couple bonks from a few tree branches and the wrap came right off. The hat did its job though, it just looks like crap now.
