 Spinner flagpole Jul 13, 2010
Initially I was not entirely satisfied with my flagpole purchase. The flagpoles themselves are excellent and of high quality. But I thought that the installation directions were inadaquate so that when I went to fly my flags, the spinning mechanisms seemed to be flawed. When I phoned customer service, they couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. I hadn't put it together properly in the first place, so that caused the complications. I now have a beautiful product. My flags fly proudly!

I have had this flagpole for a few weeks and to date have not had a problem with the flag wrapping around itself. So it eliminated my biggest problem with the old flagpole and being metal should hold up nicely.

I have several 3 x 5 ft flags. Most vendors have only the 5 foot flag poles which work well with banners but not with the 3x5 flags.
This 6 foot spinner pole is exactly what I was looking for. The spinner keeps the flag from twisting around the pole (most of the time). The clamps with 'bolts' make it incredibly easy to change flags and adjust the mounting as needed.

I have just bought my second of this type pole. I did so because of being impressed with the first pole design and experience. My first purchase, first shipping suffered badly at the hands of USPS. I notified the company, a replacement flag was sent out immediately (UPS). I now have one white and one wooden poles colored poles to be used with different flags. I searched the Internet further to find the beefiest mounting bracket I could find. I opted for a heavy aluminum cast variable angle style mount. I have used the pole/mount but once so far, in moderate winds, all went well on the maiden attempt. I live in an area where the winds can get very testy, so I don't know yet the capabilites of pole or mount in those conditions.
It was different receiving no instructions with either pole. [...]
I went to four stars because of lack of instructions. Putting it together doesn't require a lot of thinking....but, that spinner top clip and it's use can cause some pondering without clarification...which does exist in those online instructions.

Works exactly as advertised. Our flag has never wrapped itself around the flag pole since we hung the spinner flagpole. Great idea and outstanding product.
